FEES FOR ANTICIPATED PROCESS SERVING SERVICES:

All fees are based upon the zip code of the designated address and what your required timing is when you want us to perform services.

When you request services from a Great Process Server, we request and require you are specific with your timing requirements as your timing will influence the quote you receive.

Our Process Servers are well versed in applicable Statutes, Laws and the proper civil procedures for serving process. When calling for a quote, please refer to the timed service you need by mentioning any one of the three levels of services below.

LEVELS OF TIMED PROCESS SERVING SERVICES

SAME DAY PROCESS SERVING SERVICES:

Same Day Process Serving Services are performed the same day you pay for the service. Same day service is defined as, the first attempt at service of process will be made within 24 hours of receipt of your documents and prepayment. Process Servers who receive your service before 11:00 am will guarantee at attempt will be made as quickly as possible. If your documents are received after 11:00 am Process Servers will try to attempt as quickly as possible but guarantee and attempt will be made within 24 hours. Same day process serving services are the most expensive services offered as they require special attention and dedicated timing.

RUSH PROCESS SERVING SERVICES:

Rush Process Serving Services are performed within 2 – 3 business days and are performed after you pay for the service. Rush process serving service is defined as the first attempt at service of process will be made within 2 – 3 business days of receipt of your documents and prepayment. Process Servers will try to attempt as quickly but guarantee and attempt will be made within 2 – 3 business days hours. Rush process serving services are expensive services as they require special attention and dedicated timing.

ROUTINE

Routine Process Serving Services are performed within 7 – 10 business days and are performed after you pay for the service. Routine process serving service is defined as the first attempt at service of process will be made and finalized within 7-10 business days of receipt of your documents and prepayment.
